PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and speedily perform a housekeeping account-book entry operation by mutually relating and registering pieces of information on stores, articles, etc., in advance and representing and showing a bookkeeper the respective pieces of information which are already registered in a selectable state so that they can be utilized effectively when necessary data are inputted for every purchasing. SOLUTION: This system consists of a CPU 10, which performs data processing regarding the household account registering operation according to a household account book generating program stored in a RAM 12, a ROM 11, which stores a system control program, etc. Information on stores as objects of article purchases, information on articles to be purchased, and information on the items and breakdowns of the articles are set previously in advance. The store, where an article was purchased is inputted through selecting operation first. Then, the purchased article is inputted through selecting operation. At this time, the item and breakdown of the purchased article are retrieved from the file information, which is already registered and displayed in an item and a breakdown field on a receipt input screen. Then, the unit price, quantity, etc., of the purchased article are inputted. |
