PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillation circuit capable of oscillating with stable frequency without being affected by the source voltage of the main power source. SOLUTION: An oscillation circuit 40 is driven with saved power of constant voltage Vreg lower than the power source voltage Vss of the main power source 20. The electrostatic protection circuit 200 provided in the oscillation circuit 40 is connected between a single path and the setting voltage Vreg side and contains a first electrostatic protection circuit part 210 selectively bypassing the electrostatic voltage of the first polarity invading in the signal path by way of a diode 72 to the setting voltage Vreg side and the second electrostatic protection circuit part 220 selectively bypassing the electrostatic voltage of the second polarity invading in the signal path by way of a diode 74 to the earth side.
