<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously input a character to the same screen from plural input devices by previously storing attribute information which is designated at every input device and executing screen editing in accordance with it. SOLUTION: Attribute information as against the respective input devices A and B are previously registered in a screen attribute information storage device 7. The left end cursor address based on a field unit, character string editing information and the left end cursor address of a succeeding input field are included in attribute information. When character information is inputted from the input device A to the field A1, the cursor address is added by an input device A controlling part 2 and given to an input device A screen editing part 3. The input device A editing part 3 obtains the cursor address from character information and obtains the attribute of the field A with it as a key. Than, character string editing corresponding to the field is executed.</p> |
