<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change device use conditions according to a manager's request by providing a condition setting unit capable of manually setting device use conditions based on card information and a rewriting type storage unit for storing set processing conditions. SOLUTION: For a manager to change a time chart, a condition setting card 64 is inserted into a card insert. Based on a condition setting instruction obtained via card reading means 50, illumination controlling means 52 instructs to a setting unit 58 of time chart setting means 54 that a condition setting mode is effected. By this instruction, the setting part 58 reads a condition setting program from a ROM 60, receives input information from a manual input unit 56, and the manager creates a time chart based on the information inputted and stores it in a RAM 62. After the setting is completed, the manager pull out the condition setting card 64 from the insert. This card is employed for collecting night illumination fee of tennis court by a prepaid card.</p> |
