<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the adhesion and accumulation of foreign matters to the inflow part of a heat transfer tube and make reverse wash, in which the flow direction of dirty water is converted, unnecessary by a method wherein the inflow part of heat transfer tube for a heat exchanger in a heat exchanging system is formed so as to have the shape of a bell mouth. SOLUTION: A member 14, provided with a through hole 13 formed of the shape of bell mouth, is installed at the inflow part 12 of sewage of a heat transfer tube 10 for a heat exchanger whereby the inflow part 12 of sewage is formed so as to have an arced roundness. According to this method, the bending of fibrou foreign matters can be prevented and the foreign matters are sucked into either one of the heat transfer tubes 10, by fluid force of the sewage 8. Accordingly, the increase of a pressure loss and the deterioration of heat transfer performance due to the accumulation of the foreign matters can be restrained. On the other hand, upon washing operation for removing contamination in the heat transfer tube 10, reverse wash is not necessitated whereby the simplification of pipeline system as well as the method of operation can be contrived.</p> |
