The invention relates to rolled bellows to seal a pivot joint, comprising a first collar with a larger diameter for fixing onto an outer pivot joint portion, a second collar with a smaller diameter for fixing onto the shaft of the inner pivot joint portion, and a semi-toroidal bellow-wall joining said collars, wherein the rolled bellows are manufactured by injection moulding or blow moulding, the rolled bellows are made of thermoplastic elastomer and the elastomer is irreversibly vulcanized to a degree of 15-85 %.
