<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of manufacturing work and decrease cost by decreasing the number of parts, and to make the equipment smaller and compacter, and also to improve the degree of freedom of the layout of a driving mechanism. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a first and a second flange parts installed facing to a driving shaft 21 and a cam shaft 22, and with an annular disk 38 installed between the both flange parts, and the working angle of an intake valve 23 is changed by moving the center Y of the annular disk 38 ecentrically against the axial center X of the driving shaft. The annular disk 38 is supported with a free rotation by the driving shaft through a cam ring 44 installed between the driving shaft 21 and the annular disk 38, and the eccentric rotating position is controlled by the rotary power of a control shaft 46, transmitted to a link mechanism 45 which is equipped with a transmission member of a transmitting means 41 and a first to a third links, 56 and 58.</p> |
