PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a class A/F amplifier having linearity and power efficiency which are superior to those of a class A amplifiers. SOLUTION: This class A/F amplifier has an input filtering and matching circuit 12, an addition coupling 20, an amplifying circuit 14, a feedback filtering bias circuit 18, and an output filtering and matching circuit 16. Since this class A/F amplifier significantly reduces higher harmonics of a radio frequency signal to cause power interferences between adjacent channels, this amplifier offers significantly improved mobile communication services having a wide communication range, and high quality communication. |
