<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packed emulsified drink which contains diglyceride in a large amount, has a good flavor just after thermally treated to produce the drink, and exhibits stable appearance and flavor, even when stored for a long time. <P>SOLUTION: This thermally sterilized packed emulsified drink contains (A) 0.1 to 8 wt. % of a fat or fatty oil composition containing 30 to 95 wt. % of diglyceride which contains α-linolenic acid in an amount of 15 to 90 wt. % based on the constituting fatty acid, (B) tocopherol, (C) a phospholipid, and (D) 0.001 to 10 wt. % of fat-free milk solid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
