PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain an unbalance amount, by finding an assembling estimated angle by using an evaluation function decided on the basis of an unbalance physical quantity which contains the magnitude and the position of the unbalance amount of a tire and of that of a wheel to be assembled. SOLUTION: A measured value is inputted to a computer body which evaluates a phase angleθin the assembling operation of a tire to a wheel, and an evaluation function is decided. The measured value refers to an unbalance massμ,1 on the surface of a wheel single body, an unbalance massμ,2 on the rear side of the wheel single body, a phase differenceαw , the first-order component amplitudeΔr of the radian runout of the wheel single body, a phase angleβw and a contribution factor (k) as well as to an unbalance mass m1 on the surface side of a tire single body, an unbalance mass m2 on the rear side of the tire single body, a phase differenceαr , the first-order component amplitude f0 of the tire single body REV and a phase angle Br . Then, the computer body decides and outputs an optimum assembling angle as an estimated angleθby using the decided evaluation function. As an result, an unbalance amount can be suppressed. |
