<p>FIELD: production of cement clinker; applicable in control of temperature in kiln and consequently in control of production of clinker in cement kiln simultaneously with reduction to minimum of NO<SB>x</SB> liberation in kiln. SUBSTANCE: method includes calculation of sulfur vaporization in kiln to obtain value of current temperature in zone of roasting. Vaporization factor is calculated on the basis of measurement of sulfur content in material coming from cyclone to kiln, or measurement of sulfur content in gases effluent from kiln. Device for production of cement clinker has heater, kiln and sulfur content meter at inlet or outlet of kiln. Kiln is supplied with fuel at rate varied as function of measured amount of sulfur- factor of its vaporization. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 11 cl, 3 dwg</p> |
