SUBSTANCE: device has three memory units, four multipliers, adder, register, control unit, counter, fast Fourier transform unit, fast inverse Fourier transform unit, and spline parameter generating unit. Desired precision of interpolation is attained due to considering a priory information about smoothness of function and using entire array of function samples.
