The present invention relates, in general, to a vibration damping device for a tennis racket and, more particularly, to a vibration damping device for a tennis racket, which is capable of absorbing and reducing an impact that is generated when a tennis ball is struck by a tennis racket, thereby protecting portions of the body, such as the wrist and elbow, from being damaged. A vibration damping device for a tennis racket is disclosed. A vibration damping device comprises a damping member fixable to either lengtwise strings or widthwise strings so as to damp vibrations generated in the strings. The damping member has a plurality of guide passages and a plurality of string holding holes. The guide passages respectively extended from one of the upper and lower surfaces of the damping member into the interior of the damping member. The string holding holes are respectively formed on the inner ends of the guide passage. |
