SOLUTION: This processor is equipped with a voice decision part 30A which decides a voiced and a voiceless section of voice data to be processed, a mean frame energy calculation part 30B which calculates the mean frame energy of each voiced section decided by the decision part 30A, a voice level control gain calculation part 30C which calculates a voice level control gain for adjusting the voice level of each voiced section according to the mean frame energy of each voiced section calculated by the calculation part 30B, and a voice level control gain write part 30D which writes the voice level control gain found by the calculation part 30C at a specific position of the voice data. |
