PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the mechanical noise without using a special oil-impregnated sintered bearing and to reduce the number of pieces of components by using a commutator itself as a bearing, by providing a commutator base material with a resin bearing part formed by integrating a plurality of commutator pieces to a commutator basic part made of a slidable resin having not more than a predetermined value of slidability, and having a bearing hole on its center. SOLUTION: A slidable resin having the slidability of below O.4 (1.5 kg/cm2) of dynamic frictional coefficient, is used. A commutator basic part 2 is formed by integrally molding a high slidable resin (polyamide including whisker of potassium titanate, polybutylene terephthalate, polyphenylene sulfide and the like), into the half-moon shape in a plane view while surrounding a rear surface of the commutator base material l. Six commutator pieces provided with oblique slits for preventing the spark are mounted on the commutator base material 1, a bearing hole 1c is formed on a center, and the commutator base material 1 is held by a bank part 1d of the commutator basic part 2 made of high slidable resin.
