<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aliphtic polyester multilayered container containing a layer, which comprises polylactic acid, having a surface gloss, excellent in oxygen and moisture barrier properties and also excellent in content resistant characteristics not generating the coloration or the like caused by content. SOLUTION: In the aliphtic polyester multilayered container including a barrier resin layer as an intermediate layer and inner and outer layers at least one of which contains an aliphatic polyester resin and characterized in that adhesive resin layers are interposed between the intermediate layer and the inner and outer layers, the aliphatic polyester resin of the inner and outer layers is polylactic acid and the intermediate layer comprises at least one resin selected from the group consisting of an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer, a cyclic olefinic copolymer and a cyclohexanedimethanol modified aromatic polyester resin.</p> |
