PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the vibration absorbing performance by reducing the axial rigidity of a rubber elastic body without causing deterioration in the assembling workability. SOLUTION: A cylinder part 12 of an upper lever 13 is fitted and fixed to the approximately cylindrical rubber elastic body 14 fitted in the top of a lower lever 11. An annular recess 15 being in non-contact with the cylinder part 12 of the upper lever 13 is formed around the outer circumferential face of the rubber elastic body 14, annular contact parts 16 are provided in its top/ bottom, and stopper parts 17a and 17b being in non-contact with the upper lever 13 in a normal state and in contact with the upper lever 13 in shift operation are provided in the top/bottom ends of the rubber elastic body 14. A plurality of axial grooves 18 are formed in the annular contact parts 16 of the rubber elastic body 14. The axial grooves 18 lower the axial rigidity of the rubber elastic body 14 so as to prevent the width of the annular contact parts 16 from being narrowed and eliminate the turn-up of the annular contact parts 16 in assembling. In assembling, lubricating fluid is guided through the axial groove 18.
