<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for simulating the design of an integrated circuit capable of designing the circuit easily and speedily including a system LSI with an IP (information on a hardware made into a module by the unit of a function) as a basic unit. SOLUTION: As the method for simulating the design of the system LSI, with the IP registered in an IP information database 110 in advance as a basic constitution element, LSI obtained by combining them based on a request specification inputted from an input device 140 has its realizability, outside dimension, etc., simulated by using information stored in the database 110 to 113 and the result of it is displayed on a display 150.</p> |
