<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image decoding device capable of simply displaying even if the image data of the frame rate exceeding the level of decoding device is inputted. SOLUTION: The time required for decoding and that required for displaying are estimated for each screen based on the number of processed blocks of the screen and the time for post-process. If these processes are judged that they are not completed by a wanted display timing, it is controlled not to display the screen.</p> |
