<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide packet-transmitting method/device for flexibly corresponding to a case, when a minimum band guaranteed in accordance with a service cluster is changed. SOLUTION: The device is provided with a minimum band determining means 12, determining whether the band of an arrived packet will exceed the guaranteed minimum band, a means 36 reading the size of the arrived packet, a counter means 35 storing the size of the packet of the band which is not more than the minimum band as a counter value, a means 37 comparing the counter value of the counter with the size of the packet at the head of a first buffer and a means 37 deciding the buffer where the packet to be transmitted exists based on the result of the comparison means.</p> |
