PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly slide a tray even if moment in a direction where the tray is rotated is given to the hook part of the tray at the time of drawing out the tray from a disk cartridge. SOLUTION: A sliding guide 9 is disposed in the disk cartridge 1 and an elevator 5 in a position which is arranged in parallel to the hook part 16 of the tray 11 with respect to the drawing in/out direction of the tray 11. At the time of towing the hook part 16, the moment in the inclination direction of the tray 11 is suppressed to be minimum and the tray 11 can smoothly be slid even if moment in the direction where the tray 11 is inclined is given to the hook part 16.
