PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To defrost an evaporator for a cold room without requiring any heaters for defrosting by stably and accurately controling the temperature in the cold room and stably obtaining a moisture retention property in a refrigerator. SOLUTION: A flow rate control valve 8 is provided a the downstream side of the evaporator 3 for the cold room, where the flow rate control valve 8 can be totally closed and can control the flow rate of a refrigerant quantitatively.
