PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus and a stacking structure thereof which prevents movement in lateral direction and stands a heavy weight. SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus 100 comprises a front surface 120, a rear surface 122, an upper surface 130, a bottom surface 160, and two external side surfaces 140. Two front corner legs 110 and 112 are fitted to front corners of a rectangular chassises. Two rear corner legs 114 and 116 are fitted to rear corners of the rectangular chassis.
