PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize robbery prevention and inside data protection without adding any special security device. SOLUTION: This information processor 1 is provided with a second radio communication transmitter/receiver 15, a central processing unit 11, and a power source controller 19 capable of communicating with a mobile phone having first radio communication equipment for communicating with a telephone company, second radio communication equipment for communicating with the other portable terminal and information processor, and a control part for controlling communication and an input device. When power supply is operated, whether or not the mobile phone set is present in a specific range is discriminated by using the number of the mobile phone and an individual password, and when any mobile phone is not present in the specific range, the power source is interrupted by a power source controller 19 to that only a user possessing the specific mobile phone set can be authorized to perform the power supply of the information processor.
