PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably avoid the occurrence of a crack, cutout, and the like in glass when adding an information identification mark to a glass product for cathode-ray tubes, such as a panel and a funnel, to dispense with a cumbersome, complicated task, and additionally to prevent a harmful substance from being mixed when generating a harmful gas and reusing glass. SOLUTION: A laser is used for marking the information identification mark 15 onto the outer-peripheral surface (or a vertex flat surface 11c and a middle flat surface 11d) of a stud pin 11 of the non-glass product (a metal component) of a glass panel 1x for cathode-ray tubes. Additionally, the laser is used for marking the information identification mark 20 onto flat surfaces 121a, 122a, and 123a that can be viewed from the outer surface side of an anode button 12 that is the non-glass product (a metal component) of a glass funnel 1y for cathode-ray tubes.
