PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transfer control device, electronic equipment and data transfer control method enabling the operation of an USB device as a LAN node. SOLUTION: A transfer controller (host controller) issues IN tokens to a plurality of USB devices connected to an USB. When data including destination identification information designating a second USB device of the plurality of USB devices connected to the USB as a designation are received as a response to the IN token issued to a first USB device of the plurality of USB devices, an OUT token is issued to the second USB device, and the data received from the first USB device are transmitted to the second USB device.
