<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate operations for carrying a roller out of/into a frame. <P>SOLUTION: A roller transfer device for transferring a dampening form roller 135 which is supported by a lever 137 is equipped with: inner frames 11 and 12 which are detachably supported between a pair of frames 100; a supporting plate 37 for supporting the roller 135; and supporting-member transfer means 14-36 which are supported by the inner frames 11 and 12, so as to movably support the supporting plate 37 between a first position close to the roller 135 which is supported by a lever 137, and a second position on the leading-end side of the inner frames 11 and 12.
