摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the necessity of having customer data in each branch office, and thus reduce costs of terminal systems in each branch office by printing the individual data of customers in the delivery label of a direct mail as a two-dimensional code. SOLUTION: The delivery label 30 is printed with an address 31, a company name 32, a division-section name 33, a full name 34, an ID number 35, and two-dimensional code 36. The two-dimensional code 36 is stored as a data base customer information as well as the ID number 35. A direct main affixed with the delivery label 30 is forwarded to customers (a, b), and so on. The two-dimensional codes 36 of the direct mail brought by the customer (a) who visits the branch office A and the customer (b) who visits the branch office B, and so forth are read in each terminal computer of the branch offices A and B. As such, there is no need of having data base in the terminal computers of the branches A and B connected to the customer data base of a host computer in the head office.
