PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk capable of recording and reproducing a data in high density and with high accuracy. SOLUTION: The optical disk is constituted of grooves 2, lands 3 forming constant widths, and tracks wobbling in the radial direction at a constant frequency when it is rotated at a CAV(constant angular velocity). In this case, multiplexing marks M are superimposed on data bits of address information by making the marks corresponding to them on one of the right and left side walls of the tracks or on both sides, and each adjacent track (lands 3 and grooves 2) is formed so that the multiplexing marks M are in phase with each other.
