PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a deaf person not to necessitate to look at a screen during a useless time by comparing sound volume measurement value with threshold, outputting a binary volume signal of on-off, generating sound/silent notice signals respectively according to the change from off/on to on/off and stimulating the sense of sight or the sense of touch, etc., about the sound/silent. SOLUTION: The volume of audio is periodically measured, a volume signal of ON is outputted to a state notice signal generating means when it meets volume threshold, a volume signal of OFF is outputted to the state notice signal generating means when it does not meet it, a sound notice signal is generated when the volume signal is changed from an OFF signal to an ON signal here and a silent notice signal is generated when the ON signal is changed to the OFF signal. When a state notice signal separated by a receive separating means 21 is a sound notice signal, a presentation controlling means 26 starts sound presentation so as to turn on a lamp that is a volume state presenting means 27 and when it is a silent notice signal, it stops the sound presentation so as to turn off the lamp. |
