<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately understand the state of a target manufacturing plant to be monitored in detail. <P>SOLUTION: A display controlling part 12 allows a displaying part 13 to display therein a trend graph in correlation with a progress state of a manufacturing process. The display controlling part 12 allows the displaying part 13 to display therein the trend graphs for a plurality of manufacturing steps having some relevance to each other. The plurality of manufacturing steps having some relevance to each other are, for example, manufacturing steps when a product is manufactured by a series of sequential manufacturing steps. Or, they are, for example, a plurality of manufacturing steps having substantially the same capability/ function.
