The invention relates to a method for regenerating a bone tissue by introducing genes of a bone-inducing transcription factor and a vascular endothelial cell growth factor into an isolated cell and culturing the cell three-dimensionally; and a bone substitute implant utilizing the tissue regenerated by the method.
