A brake cover (1) and a ventilation lattice (6) are integrally molded from plastic. The lattice occupies almost all of the surface of the brake cover except its attachment sections (7), and consists of criss-crossing bars (8,9) each with thickness smaller than depth. The longitudinally extending bars (8) are inclined with respect to the brake cover surface at angle of 0 to 30 degrees.
