PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating a food with ozone, which improves the productivity of the food without deteriorating it. SOLUTION: This method comprises: (a) a step of supplying an initial solution containing the food to be treated, (b) a step which uses a pumping system 10 to send the initial solution under pressure to a contactor, and (c) a step of introducing an ozone-containing treatment gas mixture into the initial solution, wherein, the above introduction is effected at one or more points simultaneously upstream of the pumping system 10, between the pumping system 10 and a contactor 11 and within the contactor 11. |
