Central release unit has a guide sleeve (2) and ring piston (5). The ring piston consists of a first material (W1) with minimum coefficient of friction and a low corrosiveness against the guide sleeve in the area of its inner diameter (5d) and has a second material (W2), which is dimensionally stable and resistant to deformation with high firmness on the outer diameter.
