A bio-signal detection system of a driver is provided to prevent falling asleep during driving, to analyze the cause of a traffic accident, and to control indoor environment of a vehicle by detecting and recording bio-signals from the driver. A bio-signal detection system from a driver includes a steering wheel, a detection unit(110), a data processing unit(120), a data line(130), and a recording unit(140). The steering wheel is contacted to the skin of a driver and gripped by the driver. The detection unit has a GSR(Galvanic Skin Reflux) sensor(112), a body temperature sensor(114), a heart bead sensor(116) and a pressure sensor(118) installed in the surface of the steering wheel, and detects bio-signals from the driver continuously. The data processing unit constructs database on the bio-signals from the detection unit, and the data line transmits the bio-signal converted by the data processing unit. The recording unit records the bio-signals from the data line. The detection unit is mounted in a steering wheel cover surrounding the steering wheel.
