A telecommunication terminal holder for a vehicle is provided to place the telecommunication terminal by pressing two grip parts, and to release the telecommunication terminal by pressing a pressing knob part of a locking member simply for reducing the number of parts. A telecommunication terminal holder for a vehicle comprises a body part(202), grip parts(204), a large sized tension spring(206), a gear member(208), a locking member(210), and a support piece(202a-1). The body part supports a lower end of the telecommunication terminal. The grip parts are moved to inner and outer sides through left and right sides of the body part. The tension spring is placed in the body part. The gear member is installed in the body part to be rotated and to be geared with rack gear parts(204a-1-1). The locking member locks or releases the grip parts. The support piece, which is mounted in the body part, supports the locking member to be elastically deformed. The locking member includes a fastening part(210a) engaged with a second rack gear part(204a-1-2), a pressing knob part(210d), a rotary part(210c), and a mold elastic support part(210b).
