An apparatus for mounting a sunroof is provided to prevent the sunroof from being damaged by using a guide bar which is coupled to a guide hole of the sunroof and a guide pin of a roof panel. A sunroof mounting apparatus comprises a floating jig which elevates a sunroof(50) such that the sunroof(50) corresponds to a roof panel(60) of a vehicle body. A guide member(80), which is provided in the floating jig, is coupled to the sunroof(50) and the roof panel(60) to guide a location for assembling the sunroof(50). The floating jig includes a jig body, a floating unit(74), a sunroof support unit and a cylinder unit which elevates the floating unit(74). The guide member(80) includes a guide bar(82), which is coupled to the roof panel(60), and an elastic member, which elastically supports the guide bar(82).
