A pressure decreasing apparatus of a safety belt is provided to decrease pressure applied to a passenger by permitting a support member to restrict the safety belt when the passenger has worn the safety belt. A pressure decreasing apparatus includes a case(110) attached to a main body of a vehicle, a support member(120) supported at the case such that the support member is movable, and a locking member(130) for locking the movement of the support member. The locking member includes a main body having a flow hole, a central shaft arranged at a center of the main body, a first elastic member mounted on the flow hole of the main body, a second elastic member arranged at the center of the main body, a spring member for pressing the first elastic member, and a locking protrusion and a stopper which move by the elasticity of the first and second elastic members.
