GRATE FOR INCINERATOR

A grate for an incinerator is provided to prevent a grate unit from being separated from a support rod even when the grate unit is pushed by an article to be burnt during incineration or mechanical vibration is applied to the grate unit. A grate for an incinerator includes movable grate rows and fixed grate rows including grate units(100) arranged alternately with each other. The grate unit of the movable grate has a shear wall(130) which slides onto an upper wall(110) of the grate unit of the fixed grate. The grate unit has side walls(120) having rear ends with front and rear lugs(151) and an inverse U-shaped recess(150a). The front lug is projected further than the diameter of a support rod(200) fitted into the inverse U-shaped recess. The rear lug is projected further than the radius of the support rod. The front lug has a bottom on which a separation prevention rib(154) is formed to prevent separation of the support rod.
