A pallet rack device is provided to vary the position of a plug cup to accurately set the position of a pallet, thereby accurately loading and introducing a body panel and parts to work processes. In a pallet rack device, support columns are erected at corners of a die frame(7) to determine the work position of a pallet through plug cups(3,5). The pallet rack device includes a plug cup varying unit(10) to vary the position of the pallet by including at least two plug cups installed at corners of the die frame. Rectangular lower plates(11) are installed at lower portions of the corners of the die frame. A circular upper plate(15) is rotatably installed through a rotational shaft and is spaced apart from the lower plate by a predetermined interval.
