FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: bunch of needles is arranged for movement relative to catheter tip. The latter moves along axis relative to catheter tail part or, in case catheter tip is fixed to catheter tail part, bunch of needles for injection moves in longitudinal direction. Needles for injection are of different form inside tail part of catheter. They are provided with guide. Movement of needles relative to catheter tip is controlled by device which controls needle drawing-out and pulling-in by means of motion of two parts moving relative to each other. At the same time control device allows introduction of medicinal agent through coupling members. EFFECT: reduction of surface friction. 4 cl, 8 dwg
