MULTI-LAYERED CERAMIC CAPACITOR

A multi-layered ceramic capacitor is provided to improve the electrical reliability of the capacitor by preventing capacitance change through partial oxidation of inner electrodes. A multi-layered ceramic capacitor(40) includes a ceramic sintered body unit(41), first and second inner electrodes(42a,42b), first and second outer electrodes(45a,45b), and anti-oxidation electrode layers(44a,44b). The ceramic sintered body unit is composed of cover layers and a plurality of ceramic layers stacked between the cover layers. The first and second inner electrodes are formed on the plurality of ceramic layers and alternately stacked with interposing one of the ceramic layers therebetween. The first and second outer electrodes are formed on an outer peripheral surface of the ceramic sintered body unit to be connected to the first and second inner electrodes respectively. The anti-oxidation electrode layers are formed between the adjacent cover layers and ceramic layers respectively not to affect capacitance.
