An apparatus for correcting crosstalk of a passive matrix OLED device is provided to reduce the crosstalk by correcting the difference of precharge due to the difference of turn on voltages of respective scan lines. An apparatus for correcting crosstalk of a passive matrix OLED(Organic Light Emitting Display) device includes a scan driver(100), an image data unit(120), a zero data counter, a precharge voltage controller(140), a data driver(150), a bias current controller(160), and an OLED panel(170). The scan driver outputs scan signals. The image data unit provides image data. The zero data counter calculates the number of pixels with zero at image data from the image data unit. The precharge voltage controller controls a precharge voltage using a calculation value and a weight control signal outputted from the zero data counter. The data driver outputs driving data for driving the OLED panel by modulating an image signal of the image data to PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) driving waveforms. The bias current controller controls bias currents to output driving data from the image data unit. The OLED panel is driven by scan signals from the scan driver and driving data from the data driver.
