A system and a method for sensing the inter-work traffic between heterogeneous services are provided to alarm the generation of the abnormality when the numerical value of the sensed traffic is lower than the numerical value stored in a database. A main service system(100) offers a final service when the link between other services is needed in order to offer a continuous service to a customer. The main service system also stores the information on the link service, senses traffics, compares the sensed traffics with the stored traffic information and discriminates the existence of the abnormality. One or more sub service systems(200) requests the link to the main service system and transmits the traffic information. A mobile terminal(300) is connected with the main service system and the sub service system and requests the service. A wireless communication network(400) connects the main service system, the sub service system and the mobile terminal with each other. The main service system receives and stores the traffic information periodically from the sub service system, senses the traffic when starting the link and confirms the generation of an abnormal situation by comparing the traffic with the stored traffic information.
