A foaming resin composition is provided to impart deodorant and moisture-controlling functions, to emit sufficient amounts of anions and far infrared rays, and to ensure antimicrobial ability by using phytoncide and/or herb extract. A foaming resin composition is obtained by the steps of: mixing 100 g of any one foaming resin of polyurethane resin and polyolefin resin with 30-60 g of charcoal powder having a particle size of 50-1000 mesh; and selectively mixing the resultant with 5-15 g of an anion-emitting material which is any one of nanostone and kiyouseki(red) or a mixture thereof and/or 10-30 g of a far infrared emission material which is any one of kiyouseki(white) and elvan(feldspar) or a mixture thereof.
