<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of noises on an analog control signal by suppressing an increase in the number of wiring lines on a flexible board. <P>SOLUTION: The laser driver circuit is provided with a write strategy circuit 603 for receiving a clock and recorded data to output a switching control signal 623, drivers 616 to 619 having driving current values independently set, for receiving the switching control signal to output a recording current waveform or a reproducing current waveform, registers 605 to 608 for receiving a power set value of a laser diode 624 to store it, DACs 609 to 611 for converting the power set value into an analog power set value signal to output it, a sample holding circuit for receiving a power monitor signal to output the monitor signal in association with recorded data, and power control circuits 613 to 615 for deciding a driving current value based on the monitor signal and the analog power set value signal to output it to a current driver. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
