<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier capable of humidify air by efficient moisture exchange while ensuring the flowability of a gas. <P>SOLUTION: The humidifier 1 is equipped with hollow fiber membrane bundles 31 and a cylindrical outer case 11 which houses the hollow fiber membrane bundles 31 and has a plurality of off-gas outflow ports 11a axially formed in its periphery over a plurality of stages and constituted so that air flows through hollow fiber membranes 32, an off-gas different in moisture content from air flows outside the hollow fiber membranes 32 to flow out to the outside through the off-gas outflow ports 11a while being exchanged with moisture through the hollow fiber membranes 32 to humidify air. A cylindrical spacer part 40 is arranged between the hollow fiber membrane bundles 31 and the outer case 11 so as to be axially arranged corresponding to the off-gas outflow ports 11a and a plurality of slits 43 are formed to the peripheral wall of the spacer part 40 in the periphery of the outer case 11 so as to be inclined with respect to the axial direction of the outer case 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
