<p>A vehicle rail (11, 51, 56) fixed to a vehicle floor (F) for relatively movably supporting a movable rail (31, 41) fixed to a seat includes a bottom wall member (21, 52, 57) having a drawing portion (21a, 52a) at which the vehicle rail is fixed to the vehicle floor, and a guide member (22, 58) provided in a standing manner at both sides of the bottom wall member in a width direction for guiding a movement of the movable rail, the guide member being integrally formed with the bottom wall member by means of welding.
