<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spigot cap which secures sealing performance between the mouth portion of a high-temperature filling plastic bottle and a cap proper, and which is easy to become separated from the plastic bottle. <P>SOLUTION: In the spigot cap wherein, the mouth portion 2 of the bottle is fitted between an inner cylinder 11 and an outer cylinder 12, the inner cylinder being vertically hung downward from a short ceiling plate 13 around the periphery of the cap proper (inner stopper 10), and a locking convex portion 12a projecting from around the lowest end inner periphery of the outer cylinder 12 is made to cross over a locking ring 2c projecting from around the upper outer periphery of the mouth portion 2 of the bottle so as for the spigot cap to be fitted onto the mouth portion 2 of the bottle, a constitution is made such that a projecting strip 13a is provided that is pressed for contact against a sloped plane 2b provided around the upper outer periphery of the mouth portion 2 of the bottle, and a recessed portion 11a is installed around the outer circumferential surface of the end portion of the inner cylinder 11, the end portion being at the short ceiling plate connecting side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
